About the role
- Since 1985, the company has built its reputation on quality workmanship, clear communication, dependable service, and attention to detail across projects ranging from small repairs to full remodels.
- Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities.
- Attend weekly meetings with supervisor and operations team.

- Ridings Residential is a home services company focused on boutique remodeling, custom painting, and personalized design solutions.
Requirements
- Ability to self-direct with guidance.
Compensation
- Full-Time - higher volume of work in the exterior painting season (May - October) Base salary + commission - base salary set on past experience and current skill.
- OTE of $100K+ annually
