About the role

  • This position supervises associates and powers industrial truck operators while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, and employee development.
  • Task 2: Direct Reach Truck and Order Picker operators in reserve-to-forward pick replenishment activities.
  • Task 3: Monitor replenishment priorities and resolve inventory flow issues impacting service levels.

Responsibilities

  • The Replenishment, Decant & Full Case Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations to ensure inventory is accurately replenished, processed, and fulfilled in support of customer demand.
  • The Supervisor partners with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow, drive operational performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the distribution center.
  • Oversee daily replenishment activities to maintain inventory availability and support fulfillment demand.
  • Manage full case picking workflows to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop hourly associates and PIT operators.
  • Support employee engagement, accountability, and career development initiatives.
  • Conduct safety observations and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Drive process improvements through KPI analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center operations.
  • Experience supervising replenishment, inventory movement, fulfillment, or warehouse processes.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience leading PIT operators including Reach Truck and Order Picker equipment.
  • Experience managing multiple operational functions.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, gloves, or high-visibility apparel may be required in accordance with safety guidelines.
