Responsibilities
- Support of Unix, and Windows systems and the applications that run on them.
- Support the resolution of vulnerabilities and system monitoring
- Provide professional application and technical support of Finastra Cornerstone products
- Interacts with internal stakeholders to support product releases and/or resolve application issues.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Senior System Engineer will provide support of Finastra's Cornerstone products from a system and technological standpoint.

Requirements
- Experience with IBM Datapower, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with Qualys, Grafana, Site 24x7, Sendgrid, and Service Now applications.
- Experience with basic network troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity independently.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
