You will assist with maintaining a safe, organized work environment, preparing tools and materials for assigned jobs, and supporting Maintenance Mechanics with equipment repairs and maintenance activities.
Success in this role requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous learning, including the consistent use of safe lifting practices such as the buddy lift method when handling heavy or awkward parts.

Remove scrap material and maintain an orderly area where work is being done.

This role supports our high‑volume STERLING Vikrell tub and shower manufacturing operations across our Production and Distribution facilities.
As a Maintenance Mechanic I, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to support maintenance operations through hands-on training and guidance from experienced team members.
Maintain storage areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
Performs other related duties consistent with the nature of the job as directed by the Supervisor.

Key Qualifications Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
Must be at least 18 years old.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Maintenance.
Associates degree in Electro-Mechanical technology or equivalent desired Competency demonstrated through technical testing.
Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes.
Occasional mandatory overtime may be required as needed.
