About the role

We're seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Assistant to support our dentists in delivering high-quality care.
In this role, you'll prepare patients and treatment areas, assist during a variety of dental procedures, maintain a safe and organized clinical environment, and help ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Proficiency in four-handed dentistry.
Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including children and older adults.
Required
Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant license issued by the Board of Registration in Dentistry.
At least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience as a Dental Assistant in a recognized dental practice.
Working knowledge of operative dentistry and general dental procedures.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate as part of a team and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and process diagnostic images.
Take alginate impressions, pour dental models, and fabricate bleaching trays and other laboratory materials.
Apply fluoride varnish and assist with other preventive dental procedures.
