About the role
- We're seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Assistant to support our dentists in delivering high-quality care.
- In this role, you'll prepare patients and treatment areas, assist during a variety of dental procedures, maintain a safe and organized clinical environment, and help ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in four-handed dentistry.
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, including children and older adults.
- Required
- Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant license issued by the Board of Registration in Dentistry.
- At least one year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience as a Dental Assistant in a recognized dental practice.
- Working knowledge of operative dentistry and general dental procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate as part of a team and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
- Preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Compensation
- $18.58 - $26.58/Hourly

Benefits
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and process diagnostic images.
- Take alginate impressions, pour dental models, and fabricate bleaching trays and other laboratory materials.
- Apply fluoride varnish and assist with other preventive dental procedures.
