About the role
- As a Sales & Business Analytics Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming complex sales, financial, and operational data into actionable business insights.
- This is an individual contributor role supporting cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, and Leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze data from Salesforce, Qlik Sense, SAP, and other enterprise systems to support recurring reporting and business intelligence needs.
- Manage and analyze large datasets using advanced Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, data modeling, and automation techniques.
- Develop executive-ready presentations that communicate business performance, recommendations, and key decision points to senior leadership.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Product Management, IT, and Controlling teams to define reporting requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
- Monitor software licensing activity, cloud consumption, hosting costs, and third-party spend to support business planning and performance management.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and cross-functional organizations.
- Combine ingenuity, in-depth research, and a spirit of collaboration with design and engineering excellence

Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, finance, reporting, project controls, or related analytical disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience utilizing Salesforce for reporting, dashboard development, data extraction, and business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Qlik Sense.
- Experience with SQL, VBA, macros, Power BI, or other data visualization and reporting tools.
Compensation
- $ 78,750 - $ 115,500
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews by delivering accurate reporting, financial analysis, and data-driven insights.
