Responsibilities
- $19 per hour + earn unlimited sales and repair incentives. (Real-life - Lead Retail Technicians earn on average $627/month on top of their base pay!)

- Maintain high standards by overseeing service-level agreements for repair turnaround times and ensuring all work orders are addressed by the end of each day.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales in a supervisory position - at least 1 year.
- Previous experience with product service support or technology repair with inventory management skills - at least 6 months.
- Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred not required).
Skills
- Showcase your tech skills by diagnosing and repairing all electronic devices, ensuring best in class quality in every fix.
- Balance different front and back of house responsibilities
Compensation
