About the role

Your Primary Focus: Your job is straightforward: show up, see your clients, and take notes.
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

Compensation & Comprehensive Support Meridian Counseling handles the business side, providing a supportive infrastructure for professional growth, financial stability, and team connection.

Currently enrolled or graduated from an APA accredited PhD/ PsyD/ EdD program for Clinical Psychology.
Experience working with trauma, mood disorders, addiction, families, and couples.
Training in modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR is preferred.
Participate in monthly consultations with our clinical team and monthly team events that foster genuine connection (e.g., training, workshops, volleyball, hikes, game nights, etc.).
Registered or able to register as a Psychological Associate with the California Board of Psychology Board approval must be obtained prior to beginning supervision.
Ability to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.
Eligibility to become credentialed with insurance panels.
Attendance at all required training and supervision sessions.
