- Daikin Applied is hiring a Supply Chain Program Manager!
- The Value Management Team is comprised of dedicated workstreams, which include Systems Enablement, Financial Integration, Operational Capability, Compliance & Sustainability, and Sourcing Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Supply Chain Compliance, Supplier Risk Management, and strategic sourcing programs
- Develop and execute program strategies, objectives, metrics, and governance processes to support business goals
- Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify and implement sustainable process enhancements
- Support sourcing initiatives through market analysis, supplier evaluations, RFPs, project support, and cost-saving opportunities
- Provide analytical support, dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights to support supply chain decision-making and performance improvement
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Training Program to strengthen organizational capabilities and employee development
- Manage the ISC Summer Intern Program, including recruiting support, onboarding, project assignments, mentoring, and talent pipeline development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including performance management, career development, succession planning, and early-career talent growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, compliance, supply chain resilience, and operational excellence
- As the leader of the Value Management Team, the Program Manager is responsible for leading key initiatives that drive measurable financial results, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business administration, Engineering, Finance or a related field
- 4+ years of people leadership experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Ability to influence decision-making across multiple levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CPSM, Lean Six Sigma
- Experience leading enterprise cost reduction or value management programs
- Experience within manufacturing or industrial supply chain environments
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and procurement platforms (Coupa preferred)
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement best practices
- Experience facilitating executive steering committees and enterprise change initiatives
- Paid sick time in accordance with the federal, state and local law
- The typical pay rate for this position is $135,000 - $140,000.

- $101k-$172k
