About the role
- The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

- Conduct quality assurance inspections to maintain project standards.
- Essel is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Must have experience with Office Tenant Improvement Must have strong background in Microsoft projects and Procore.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
