About the role
- This role is responsible for communicating financial results to both external clients and management teams.
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain accuracy of general ledgers
- Support Property Accounting Managers with ad hoc projects, monthly closes and distributions
- Monitor cash receipt postings, tenant billings, billing adjustments and perform tenant ledger reconciliations when necessary
Requirements
- 3+ years of Real Estate Accounting experience
- Proficiency using Excel and Google Suite products
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Planning and Organizing. ability to establish a course of action to accomplish goals and evaluate results.
- This position must be located in Dallas, TX

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred
- Experience in Public Accounting highly preferred
Compensation
- $60,000 - $80,000 annually
- Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets.
- The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position.
- Ultimately, your pay will be determined based on several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
- Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.
