- Assist with building out the compliance department and implementing processes, procedures, etc.

Requirements
- Digital: You know how to communicate with regulators.
- You are a SERFF ninja.
- In-office schedule required
Nice to have
- You've worked for at least 3 years in insurance compliance.
- Regulatory experience is a requirement.
- Property, underwriting and/or product experience is preferred.
- Experienced: You've worked for at least 3 years in insurance compliance.
Skills
- Your Excel, Word, and written communication skills are well above average.
Compensation
- Top of market salary + equity
- You will assist in building out the compliance department as a subject matter expert.
- This is a full-time, in-office position based in Overland Park, KS
- Office located in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro area)
