Responsibilities

  • As Director of Residences at Fairmont Century Plaza, you will lead the homeowner experience, from pre-move-in preparations to ensuring exceptional residential living.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive senior management experience within ultra-luxury residential, high-end hospitality operations (5-star hotels/resorts), or private club management.
  • Direct experience with luxury residential, serviced apartments, or high-end private club management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local luxury real estate market, competitive landscape, and leading luxury service providers in Los Angeles.
  • Proficiency in [Spanish, French, Mandarin] to cater to the region's diverse community.

Skills

  • Continuously evaluate and refine service delivery to ensure consistent excellence and anticipate homeowner needs.
  • Manage vendor contracts and monitor service performance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development initiatives.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure the community is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of the Association's annual operating and reserve budgets.
  • Assist with assessment collections and owner account inquiries as needed.
  • Support reserve planning and capital project budgeting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Assist with elections, member communications and implementation of Board directives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Homeowners Association (HOA) governance, condominium association management, and relevant legal frameworks.

Compensation

  • $110,000 - $120,000 USD
