Measures, cuts, constructs, installs, repairs, and modifies building components such as rafters, walls, staircases, windows, and frames, trim work, and cabinets.

3+ years of carpentry experience and knowledge in the construction field.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to function safely while wearing a respirator - Work requiring an OSHA-approved respirator and proper fit testing.
Plans, measures, and lay out carpentry materials using broad knowledge of wood materials and substitutes with general and precision woodworking techniques.
Knowledge of metal framing for walls and drop ceilings.

$22.09+ per hour Contract Type: 1-year contract Schedule: 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Federal Holidays excluded Location: 215 Perry Hill Road, Montgomery, AL 36109 2400 Hospital Road, Tuskegee, AL 36083 Requirements: Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
