Responsibilities

- You will build and maintain strong client relationships, assess individual needs, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure comprehensive protection.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by providing exceptional customer service, proactive follow-ups, and ongoing policy support to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills
- Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue.
- Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with expectations around sales performance, and call compliance.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Additionally, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned at management's discretion.
