Responsibilities
- Support leaders in creating high-performing, engaged teams.
- Partner with leadership to identify training and development opportunities.
- Drive onboarding experiences that enhance employee retention and productivity
- Support policy development and employee handbook updates.
- Partner with legal counsel when necessary, regarding employment matters.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Manage, lead, and develop the People Experience team.
- This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees while helping drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting professional services, consulting, technology, or corporate environments.
- Experience handling employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
- Exceptional people skills and proven ability to build credibility and influence outcomes across all levels of the organization.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Receptiveness to giving/receiving feedback in an open environment is essential.
Nice to have
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification (preferred).
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred experience supporting multi-state workforces.
- Preferred experience working in a consulting, managed services, or professional services organization.
