Collaboration- With so many opportunities to build processes and improve how we deliver care to our patients, we rely heavily on one-another to communicate changes effectively to ensure seamless support across functions.
Provide coaching and development support for APPs, fostering clinical excellence and a strong team culture.
Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and value-based care metrics.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners, payers, and referring providers.

Work with the Medical Director to ensure clinical accuracy, identify and support clinical training.
Collaborate with the market VP/General Manager and Health Services Director as part of the leadership triad and other Pod Leaders on market workflows, quality improvement initiatives, and to drive outcomes
Use Nest Health's electronic health record and care coordination tools for documentation, tracking, and communication.
Active and unrestricted Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in Louisiana with national board certification (FNP, PNP, or similar)
