Responsibilities
- Answer phones, route calls, take messages, and maintain detailed phone logs. Schedules and coordinates meetings and appointments
- Prepare and process expense reports. Manages and schedules domestic and international travel
- Create presentations and documents using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Sheets
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have one year of experience working for a high-level executive in the TV or entertainment industry.
- The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.
- Performs various other duties, as required and assigned
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in Entertainment

Compensation
- $21k-$25k

- Office coverage requires extended work hours - must be available to work overtime

- Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $21.00-25.00 per hour.
