About the role
- Summary: The Denver Post is seeking an on-call platemaker to join the team!
- This person will cover any team member who is out unexpectedly or on vacation.
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc.
Responsibilities
- Ability to manage the electronic flow of pages for job printing and to work with FTP sites
Requirements
- Must be willing to submit and pass the necessary required checks
- Must be available for shift work.
Nice to have
- Experience working with pagination workflow software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and other computer-related software programs to download, prep, and process files for plate production
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNC or CTP experience preferred
Compensation
- The hourly wage is $26.19.
- Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc.
