Responsibilities
- Support multiple procurement and supply chain teams with reporting, analysis, supplier data, and operational follow-up.
- Maintain dashboards and reports covering spend, suppliers, sourcing activity, purchase orders, savings, compliance, and supplier performance.
- Assist with RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, onboarding, contract support, and supplier selection processes.
- Support supplier site visits, audits, and compliance reviews as needed.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience building dashboards, supplier scorecards, or spend analysis reports.
- This role will serve as a cross-functional resource, helping maintain visibility into spend, supplier performance, procurement activity, supply and demand trends, and process compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, engineering, finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, operations, or supply chain analytics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Nice to have
- Experience with RFPs, RFQs, supplier selection, contract support, or supplier negotiations.
- Ability to travel for supplier visits or audits as needed.
