Manage the fulfillment and inventory of marketing collateral, including preparing, packing, shipping, and organizing materials for partner organizations
Coordinate conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other partner-facing events, including logistics, materials, and on-site support
Monitor and respond to customer and partner inquiries in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner.
Support partner outreach efforts, including identifying prospective partners, engaging with potential partner organizations, and helping grow the partner network

1+ year of experience with business partners in operations, logistics, fulfillment, customer support, administrative support, or a related field
Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 pounds
All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and will be required to complete employment eligibility verification upon hire.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and work independently
Experience coordinating with vendors, suppliers, customers, or external partners
Experience using business systems, spreadsheets, or e-commerce platforms to manage workflows and track information
Ability to travel for conferences and trade shows approximately 4-5 times per year, including occasional weekend travel

Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
Experience with inventory management, shipping, or event coordination
Experience in the pet, veterinary, insurance, or related industries
Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and research tools such as Claude or ChatGPT
You'll have a mix of operational, logistical, customer-facing, and event-related responsibilities rather than focusing on a single function.

The hourly rate range for this position is $26.00-$34.00 per hour.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
Ability to travel for conferences and trade shows approximately 4-5 times per year, including occasional weekend travel
