- The Assistant Director of Graduate Admission is responsible for all aspects of the graduate admissions process related to the recruitment of prospective students.
- This position will also be tasked with planning and attending virtual and in-person admission events as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Marketing and additional departments to support student experience within the recruitment and enrollment stages.
- Collaborate with deans and directors of respective programs to provide recruitment updates, and collaborate on outreach strategies for these populations.

- Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate degree required (degree in process will be considered)
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- This position requires frequent regional and occasional national travel to represent the College at college fairs and recruitment events.
- Higher education experience is preferred.
- In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $64,000-67,000.
