The Assistant Director of Graduate Admission is responsible for all aspects of the graduate admissions process related to the recruitment of prospective students.
This position will also be tasked with planning and attending virtual and in-person admission events as necessary.

Collaborate with Marketing and additional departments to support student experience within the recruitment and enrollment stages.
Collaborate with deans and directors of respective programs to provide recruitment updates, and collaborate on outreach strategies for these populations.

Qualifications and Skills
Graduate degree required (degree in process will be considered)
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
This position requires frequent regional and occasional national travel to represent the College at college fairs and recruitment events.
Higher education experience is preferred.
In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $64,000-67,000.
