About the role
- Crusoe is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead the physical security strategy and delivery for our growing portfolio of data center construction projects.
- You will manage security systems from initial design through installation, commissioning, and transition to operations. This includes access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fencing, gates, vehicle barriers, lighting, and other perimeter security systems across new-build, expansion, and retrofit projects.
- This is a highly visible, cross-functional role for someone who combines physical security expertise, construction project management experience, and the ability to drive complex projects across multiple teams and locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead physical security delivery across multiple data center construction projects.
- Manage the complete project lifecycle, including design reviews, bid packages, budgets, schedules, submittals, change orders, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
- Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and identify cost, schedule, quality, and delivery risks.
- Establish consistent security standards, quality assurance processes, governance documents, and operating procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in physical security project management, security systems deployment, construction management, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Security Management, or a related field.
- CPP, PSP, PMP, CPTED, or relevant security systems certification.

Compensation
- Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $150,000-$185,000 + Bonus.
- Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
