This position monitors on-going client care and condition to ensure optimum functioning and ensures changes in client status are reported to the Staff Nurse.
The LPN's practice encompasses the application of nursing knowledge, skills and judgement to assess client needs and provide nursing care that is reflective of their level of education and knowledge.

ALC - short-stay beds for clients who may no longer require the resources of acute or sub-acute care but who do require care and support while they await an appropriate living option.
This position administers prescribed medications, supervises the delivery of medications by unregulated staff and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.

Current and active registration with CLHA required;.
Current and active Basic Life Support Provider CPR is required.
Demonstrated leadership skills required.
Responsible for other related duties as required.

Adherence to relevant privacy legislation and best practice including HIA, ATIA, POPA, and InfoCare Behaviours, is required.
