Regular virtual team events and book clubs What You'll Be Doing (Once We're Hiring in Your State) When a role opens up, here's what to expect: Conduct thorough initial evaluations and collaborate with clients to build thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that may include medication, therapy, or both.
- Provide ongoing follow-ups with your clients-at minimum monthly-to evaluate effectiveness, adjust care plans, and support progress toward treatment goals.
- Deliver talk therapy using a variety of modalities.
