Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned job sites Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project schedules Ensure quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction Coordinate inspections, permits, utilities, and city interactions Manage punch lists and project closeout items
Requirements

Compensation
- $120k-$130k

- $120,000 - $130,000 doe + bonus + vehicle
