About the role
- Duties include verifying and recording outgoing merchandise or material and arranging for the transportation of products.
Responsibilities
- Perform or assist with inventory cycle counting and investigate discrepancies if needed.
- Maintains good housekeeping in assigned work area.
Requirements
- Prepares orders (i.e., Pulling a sales order from the floor, wrapping the parts batch, packaging items) for shipment and completes required paperwork.
- Required Skills & Competencies Ability to recognize and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, inspection materials.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management software (i.e., Epicor), Microsoft Office, and data entry.
- Experience with FedEx and UPS.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English.
- Physical & Work Environment Requirements Regularly required to sit, stand, or walk the duration of shift, 8-10 hours.
