  • SUMMARY DESCRIPTION Responsible for driving sales growth in Surgical Tissue Solutions product line by executing territory plans, educating clinicians, and supporting operating room needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital administrators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with RBM to target, set goals, and create plans to meet/exceed revenue expectations.
  • Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by subsequent monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving territory sales goals.
  • Maintain high level of technical product, surgical technique, and disease state knowledge.

Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs

Nice to have

  • business or science-related degree preferred
  • Operating room experience is necessary
  • plastic surgery experience preferred.
