Requirements
- Minimum of one year of PTA experience in an acute care setting (required)
- Knowledge of therapy best practices
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of employment
- Home health experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers
- Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and observant
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance with the employee listed as a driver
- Provide skilled therapy services in patients' homes based on the Physical Therapist's plan of care
- Observe, document, and report patient responses, changes, and progress
Compensation
- Per-visit compensation includes payment for all activities associated with patient care, including preparation, travel, documentation, communication, and coordination with healthcare providers.
