Responsibilities
- Partner with ERP Product Owners, IT, and business leaders to align transformation approach with delivery milestones
- Ensure change, adoption, and readiness planning are integrated not downstream to drive business outcomes
- Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to shape workforce plans, role evolution, and capability building strategies
- Support forward-looking workforce insights to anticipate future-state needs
- Shape Operating Model & Organizational Design
- Drive Adoption, Readiness, and Change Integration
- Partner with transformation and change teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness across workstreams
- Contribute to building repeatable, scalable approaches for embedding OE into enterprise initiatives

Requirements
- Master's degree in the related field with 10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, transformation, management consulting, or related fields OR a bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience.

Compensation
- $210,375.00 - $272,250.00.
- Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
- These considerations mean actual compensation will vary.
- This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
