About the role
- This position will play a key role in establishing scalable maintenance programs and supporting the continued growth of Saronic's operations globally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily maintenance operations across office, production, and facility environments.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and operational uptime.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers.
- Partner with construction, workplace, EHS and other teams to support production goals and minimize downtime.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reviews to identify maintenance risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support budgeting, inventory management, and maintenance planning activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, asset information, and service documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, organization, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, manufacturing, or industrial operations environments.
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- What You'll Bring
- Previous experience leading maintenance teams or facility operations in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and facility infrastructure.
- Experience developing or managing preventive maintenance programs and CMMS platforms.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze maintenance data and implement process improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
- Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Frequent standing and walking within office, production, and facility environments
- Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software preferred.
- OSHA certification or technical trade certifications are a plus.
