Responsibilities
- As a Permit Coordinator at Pulley, you'll help drive permitting forward by handling research, submittals, and coordination with AHJs.
- Own permit execution across jurisdictions - from research to submittal to final approval.
- Complete applications, upload forms, and manage re-submissions using tools like Pulley, Linear, and Notion.
- Proactive and resourceful - you don't wait for next steps, you drive them.
- We support rollout programs for brands like J.Crew, Solidcore, and Hibbett Sports, as well as major data center buildouts, EV charging networks, and other commercial projects.
