About the role
- This role sits at the center of our partnership ecosystem and card products.
Responsibilities
- Drive market intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify competitive positioning and trends.
- Support and scale partnerships: Evaluate and optimize vendor and strategic partner channels aligned to growth objectives.
- Execute cross-functional initiatives: Partner across multiple business lines to execute against strategic initiatives.
- Own product performance insights: Analyze and interpret money movement, pricing, and customer engagement to identify risks and opportunities.
- Build business cases that drive action: Translate complex analysis into concise, decision-ready insights for leadership.
- Evaluate and optimize vendor and strategic partner channels aligned to growth objectives.
- You will own the analytical and strategic workstreams supporting partnerships and card programs across the Consumer, Digital, and Private Bank.
- You will work closely with leaders across the organization to bring new capabilities from concept to launch and ensure our partnerships and card offerings remain competitive and deliver clear customer value.

Requirements
- Strong financial modeling and PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear, leadership-ready materials
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in finance, product strategy, consulting, or similar roles
