Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain moderately complex databases
  • Maintain database dictionaries and ensure the integration of various systems through effective database design
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect computer databases from unauthorized access or data breaches

  • The Database Administrator designs, implements, and maintains moderately complex databases.
  • Additionally, the Database Administrator coordinates changes to computer databases and may plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong expertise in PostgreSQL database administration, tuning, management, and security
  • Strong knowledge and experience in database management systems
  • Experience with database administration and testing
  • Knowledge of security measures and techniques to safeguard computer databases
  • Active TS clearance required with ability to obtain SCI
