About the role
- As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be the primary architect of LVT's market authority.

- Balancing strategic individual contribution with the leadership of a high-performing small team, you will define our market positioning, evolve our pricing strategies, and serve as a vital bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales.

- Manage and mentor two Product Marketers, fostering a culture of scrappiness, technical curiosity, and excellence in execution.
- You will own our corporate narrative, translating complex AI-driven hardware and software capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate from the C-suite to the field.
- Corporate Narrative & Thought Leadership: Own the LVT "story," developing the executive-level messaging and keynotes that position LVT as the undisputed leader in intelligent site technology.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor two Product Marketers, fostering a culture of scrappiness, technical curiosity, and excellence in execution.
Requirements
- Build deep trust with Sales leadership, providing the strategic ammunition and market insights required to win complex, high-stakes deals.
- you have a proven track record of influencing sales leaders and changing their perspectives through data and narrative.
- You have mastered the art and science of pricing, packaging, and market segmentation.
- Periodic travel will be required.
- Sales Influence & Enablement: Build deep trust with Sales leadership, providing the strategic ammunition and market insights required to win complex, high-stakes deals.

Compensation
- The beginning annual salary range for this role is $179,100.00 - $225,000.00 USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training.
