About the role
- OUTFRONT is seeking a Project Manager, Development to join our Los Angeles team.
- This role is responsible for supporting and managing a wide range of new development initiatives, partnering closely with the LA Real Estate Team.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day activities for new development projects across the LA market
Responsibilities
- You will coordinate project activities, support site identification, manage permitting workflows, assist with proposals and RFPs, and ensure smooth execution of development projects from concept through completion.
- Support site identification, feasibility assessments, and early‑stage project analysis
- Compile and support the creation of proposals, RFP responses, and financial models
- Generate and manage project documentation, including work orders, schedules, and status reports
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to support project execution
- Maintain accurate project records, inventory tracking, and internal reporting
- Support leadership initiatives and assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Sr. Director of Real Estate LA & SVP Real Estate, NRG West Region
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, property owners, and development partners
- Provide revenue reporting and project updates to internal stakeholders and property partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Nice to have
- Property management or real estate development experience preferred
