About the role

Genius Sports sits at the convergence of live sports data, programmatic advertising, and the next generation of fan engagement.
Our Moment Engine and Fan Graph are a differentiated product suite with no direct equivalent in the market.
This is a P&L-accountable leadership role.

Set the channel strategy: which partner segments to prioritize, how we price and package for the channel, and where we invest to win.
Own the combined revenue number and the metrics beneath it activation, expansion, velocity, win rate and move each one.
Build and lead a high-performance sales organization across both segments: hiring philosophy, leveling, ramp design, coaching cadence, and performance standards.
Partner at senior level with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Ad Ops to make the channel a growth multiplier, not just a distribution layer.
Proven track record building commercial engines from scratch ICP, playbook, tooling stack, rep ramp and scaling them.
Deep fluency in the modern media stack programmatic, CTV, social, identity, measurement and the partner ecosystem that runs on it.

12+ years in advertising, ad-tech, or media, with a meaningful portion owning a revenue number across inside, channel, or agency sales organizations.
Experience in sports media, sports data, or fan engagement is a strong differentiator
Occasional travel may be required.

This role offers an annualized salary of up to $300,000 USD, plus variable compensation, and includes eligibility for Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
