About the role

  • This role is accountable for delivering consistent, high-quality commissioning outcomes that enable operational readiness and achievement of Ready for Service (RFS) milestones across both greenfield and retrofit projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead commissioning delivery across multiple concurrent data center construction projects
  • Develop and implement standardized commissioning strategies, frameworks, and schedules across the portfolio
  • Own pipeline planning to optimize resource allocation and execution strategy
  • Partner cross-functionally with Construction, Design, and Operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead resolution of complex issues and escalations, ensuring delivery confidence and customer satisfaction
  • Drive adoption of commissioning standards, governance, and best practices across all projects
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commissioning processes, tools, and delivery models
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact, large-scale infrastructure programs

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in data center commissioning within mission-critical environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex, multi-site construction programs
  • Strong technical expertise in electrical and/or mechanical systems, including MEP systems
  • Experience managing external vendors and large-scale service delivery contracts

Nice to have

  • Experience with hyperscale or cloud data center environments
  • Familiarity with integrated systems testing (IST) and advanced commissioning methodologies
  • Experience working in a global or multi-region delivery model
  • Influence the delivery of critical digital infrastructure supporting global connectivity
  • Work at the forefront of innovation in the data center industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience, preferred

Compensation

  • The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs.
  • 177,000 - 265,000 USD / Annual
