About the role
- Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Staff Associate with strong academic credentials and two to eight years of litigation experience to join its Employment & Labor practice group in the New York office.
- Handle litigation matters involving ADA and accommodations law, with a particular focus on website accessibility.
- Work with the team to advise clients on ADA accessibility compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support the team on a variety of employment & labor and litigation matters as needed.
Requirements
- Technical Skills Minimum of two years of litigation experience (required).
Skills
- Minimum of two years of litigation experience (required).
- Experience with ADA accessibility law is preferred.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technology in legal practice.
- Other Requirements Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.
- Must be registered with the New York Federal Courts.
