About the role
- You will be expected to mentor junior team members and oversee account teams in the execution of different workstreams.

Requirements
- Minimum of ten years of experience in technology consulting, including a background in software development, enterprise architecture, or data and AI
- Experience managing end-to-end transformation projects and programs (i.e., digital transformation, systems implementation, cloud migration, AI and automation, etc.)
- Experience leading the architecting and implementation of custom technology solutions
- Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with the ability to evaluate and recommend the best fit for the client needs
- Experience managing client accounts, including team leadership, delivery oversight, and senior client relationship management
- Experience driving business development and go-to-market efforts, including pursuit strategy and expansion of existing client relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect technical solutions to business objec
- You have an ownership mentality, changing circumstances instead of accepting them
- You enjoy investing in the professional development of others
