About the role

  • The Research and Development (R&D) Associate II is responsible for performing research activities, collecting and analyzing data and preparing reports.
  • They work closely with a team of scientists, engineers, or technicians to conduct experiments, analyze data, and contribute to the overall R&D efforts.
  • As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act.

Responsibilities

  • D esign s and conduct experiments to test hypotheses or validate new ideas.
  • Communicates with stakeholders on progress; manages risk.
  • Maintains attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and findings.
  • A portion of our profits is used to support Chickasaw citizens.

Requirements

  • Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
  • Must have a n understanding of their field of expertise and possess scientific or technical knowledge with a strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Regularly required to sit.
  • Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls.
  • Required to speak and hear.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
