Build and maintain media plans aligned to client goals, budgets, and inventory.
Create clear, polished decks and proposals that communicate strategy and value.
Partner with Account Managers and Sales to develop pre-sale materials and packages.
Organize campaign details, timelines, and deliverables to support execution.
Pull data and assist in building reporting and performance summaries.
Maintain internal trackers and documentation across active campaigns.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
The Role We are hiring a Digital Sales Planner to support the pre-sale and execution workflows across our revenue team.
This role focuses on turning ideas into structured, client-ready outputs-building media plans, developing decks, and ensuring campaigns are set up for successful execution.
You will work closely with Account Managers and Sales to bring proposals to life and maintain a high standard across all client-facing materials.

0-2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales support, or a related field.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Excel).
Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales support, or a related field.
