About the role

Altus Group seeks an Associate for our Loan Monitoring Team within out Toronto Office.
This includes overseeing client delivery, revenue management, business development, providing technical expertise, and leading the consultant team.

Analyze general conditions breakdown, change orders, and comparative/tender analysis, and coordinate/deliver estimates using appropriate software such as CAD, Excel, Cost X, BIM, Digitizer, and PowerPoint.
Develop and build long term client relationships which result in repeat business, referrals and service expansion including up-sells & cross-sells across other Business Units within Altus.
Lead the assessment of client requirements, conduct project reviews and deal with issues efficiently and effectively.
Lead the implementation of approved business plans and act as Champion for these initiatives within the team.
Provide leadership, guidance, coaching, mentoring and support to all direct reports.
Reporting to the Senior Director, you will collaborate with the management team on diverse asset types and accounts.
Your role will entail guiding a team of consultants to efficiently deliver cost consulting services.
AI tools may be used to support the initial stages of screening for this role; however, all assessments and final hiring decisions are reviewed and made by an Altus Group hiring professional.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS), Member RICS, or Project Management Professional (PMP) is required.
10 + years' leadership experience in a commercial real estate or related field with a Multi-dimensional understanding of the real estate consulting and advisory industry.
Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty and ethics
Proven strategic thinking, analytical skills and strong business acumen, with a focus on business development.
Proven leadership skills - people and marketplace

$95,000- $125,000
