About the role

Lead a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, support, and training to drive team performance.
Plan, schedule, and execute multiple submetering projects, directly and indirectly through a team, including design coordination, meter installation, commissioning, and material planning.
Establish and maintain a network of qualified contractors and vendors.
Provide technical analysis of drawings and systems to support contractors and internal teams, while also assessing metering opportunities identified by the Sales department.
Demonstrate excellent customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills throughout project management, and develop progress reports to track milestones and deliverables.
Lead and manage other projects and assignments assigned by FS Leadership.

Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or equivalent, Engineering is considered a strong asset
5 years of project management or field service management
Working knowledge of electrical & mechanical system
Experience working in Utility, Solar, Gas or similar an asset.
Prepare and deliver financial reports on time as required on an ongoing basis.
Minimum of 2+ years' experience coordinating with trades, hardware, building owners, or similar, etc.
Ability to lead teams through significant change in a high-growth environment
Physical Effort and Working Conditions:
Working in electrical distribution rooms/closets.
Occasional overtime to meet project needs.
Occasional lifting of and/or transporting of construction meters to and from site using your own vehicle or company transportation
Please note: This role will be fully onsite for the first 90 days, with 30% travel in and around the NYC area required. The opportunity for a Hybrid arrangement is available after the 90 day period. Benefits & Perks

3-5 years leadership/supervisory experience preferred in a field service environment or similar
Previous experience installing commercial equipment preferred
