About the role

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000 -$93,338.
Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Develop and execute a comprehensive audience strategy for growth marketing.
Establish testing frameworks to assess channel performance and optimize conversions.
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to understand business questions and provide data-driven solutions.
The purpose of this role is to deliver analysis inline with client business objectives, goals, and to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.
The Senior Associate, Marketing Analytics will be an important member of the audience targeting team, dedicated to transforming complex data into targeted audiences and actionable insights to drive results.

Advanced SQL proficiency -ability to independently query and transform data from complex, multi-source environments.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience using GitHub or similar version control platforms.
Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to effectively visualize and present data to diverse groups.
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
A team-oriented mindset with a highly collaborative spirit.
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
