Partnering with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, People, and our external auditors, you'll deliver audit-ready financial statements and build the scalable close and reporting processes that carry Webflow toward strategic readiness.

Research, interpret, and document accounting positions for complex transactions and new accounting standards, and partner with internal management and auditors for sign-off.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and cross functional business partners, to perform comprehensive walkthroughs, ensure complete and accurate financials, and timely and compliant reporting.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies and support their implementation.
Support in the development and testing of internal controls.
Ownership in what you help build.

5+ years of public accounting experience (big four preferred), with a thorough understanding of technical accounting and financial reporting
