Acting as a key partner in the operation and management of regional industrial assets.

Assist with tenant move-in, move-out and make-readies.
Position requires a bachelor's degree.
5+ years direct experience in asset management is preferred.
Leasing experience preferred.
A team-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communication skills who is comfortable working in a very entrepreneurial environment required.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage transactional details required.
Demonstrated budgeting skills, including Yardi and Excel applications are preferred.
Ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below.
Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
$140,000.00 - $160,000.00
Assist in the post-acquisition budget process, annual budget process and reforecasting and strategic planning for the entire regional industrial portfolio.
This includes overseeing the timeline, preparation and completion of annual budgets, business plans and leasing and marketing plans.

Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
