About the role
- Affiliate Counsellor - Independent Contractor Family Services Windsor-Essex (FSWE) Are you a compassionate clinician seeking meaningful work, professional growth, and flexibility, without the administrative demands of private practice?
- We're currently inviting skilled Affiliate Counsellors to join our clinical team, providing high-quality counselling and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to individuals, couples, families, youth, and children.
- As an Affiliate Counsellor, you'll work as an independent contractor, delivering clinical services to FSWE and FSEAP clients.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support - We manage intake, billing, scheduling, and referrals
- Providing short-term, solution-focused counselling and EAP clinical support
- Conducting assessments and developing goal-oriented treatment plans
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or Counselling Psychology
- Experience providing counselling to individuals, couples, families, youth, and children
- Strong knowledge of community resources and social service systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team-based organization
