About the role

We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and results-driven Director for our Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
This role is responsible for designing, overseeing, and scaling the overarching launch strategy for new features, product extensions, and additional indications to ensure successful commercial adoption and long-term customer success.
The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership, strategic foresight, and analytical acumen, with a proven track record of driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

Strategic Leadership: Own the comprehensive GTM roadmap and strategy aligned with corporate growth and revenue objectives. Oversee market analysis to identify macroeconomic trends, competitive threats, and high-value growth opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
Previous direct sales or close commercial enablement experience is highly preferred.

Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial Background: Previous direct sales or close commercial enablement experience is highly preferred.
Masterful verbal and written communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

National: $211,000 to $226,000
Compensation Range
$211,000 - $241,000 USD
A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range.
Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
