About the role

  • We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and results-driven Director for our Go-To-Market (GTM) team.
  • This role is responsible for designing, overseeing, and scaling the overarching launch strategy for new features, product extensions, and additional indications to ensure successful commercial adoption and long-term customer success.
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership, strategic foresight, and analytical acumen, with a proven track record of driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Previous direct sales or close commercial enablement experience is highly preferred.

  • Masterful verbal and written communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Compensation

  • SF Bay Area/LA Metro/NY Metro: $211,000 to $241,000
  • National: $211,000 to $226,000
  • Compensation Range
  • $211,000 - $241,000 USD
  • A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range.
  • Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
