Responsibilities
- Drives leasing performance by responding to and following up on inquiries from perspective residents
- Skillfully negotiate lease terms and provide thorough explanations of leases and related documents to new tenants.
- Performs leasing activities in accordance with applicable laws to maximize housing occupancy
- Collaborate with underwriting and leasing teams to navigate applicants through the leasing journey.

- The Leasing Agent serves as the company's primary sales representative for prospective residents, responsible for driving occupancy through consultative selling, relationship building and lease conversion.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum three (3) years of related sales or customer-facing sales experience required.
- A valid State Real Estate License is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
Nice to have
- Leasing, real estate, or property management experience preferred.
Compensation
- The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $21.09 to $25.30 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
- Additional Compensation
- and a tuition reimbursement program. The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year, and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
